Whenever Jewelry stands by our commitment to customer satisfaction by offering a hassle-free full refund or exchange on most jewelry items within 14 days of delivery.

Before you begin the return process, please carefully review the return guidelines.

✔ Please ensure that your item is eligible for return or exchange. 
✔ Once your label is created, your package must be scanned within 7 days of receiving the label.
✔ Please send your items back in their original packaging.
✔ The product must be shipped with all attached tags in an unaltered state, and the item should be in brand-new, unworn, and saleable condition.
✔ Upon receiving your package, the WJ team will inspect your item to ensure it meets our return guidelines.

Please note that a return or exchange will not be possible if the item shows any signs of wear.

 

HOW TO RETURN

Please follow these steps to return your order:

 

• Visit our return page and enter your order number and zip code.
• Confirm whether you would like to receive a refund or exchange for a different size or color.
• Download your prepaid label.
• Pack your order in its original packaging. (Whenever Jewelry Box and pouch)
• Scan your return at a carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
• Bring your package to a carrier location and collect your drop-off receipt.

 

Upon receiving your package, the Whenever Jewelry team will inspect your item to ensure it meets our return guidelines.

RETURN GUIDELINE

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

• Custom orders
• Personalized items, including those with initials, names, or engraving.
• Necklaces and bracelets with adjustable lengths
• Platinum orders

Eternity rings are only eligible for exchanges. Please note that we only accept exchanges for eternity rings of equal or greater value.

Please note:

• Only one exchange is allowed, and exchanged items cannot be returned.
• We are not responsible for missing or broken stones caused by improper use, wear, or damage after the jewelry has been worn.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed automatically using the chosen method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed.

If 14 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Please respect our work; every item is made to order, and many items cannot be reused due to their nature. We hope for your understanding and responsibility.

Repairs

We provide complimentary size adjustments within a 14-day return period. Except for personalized items. (but please contact us at contact@wheneverjewelry.com if you have any sizing issues)

We are not responsible for any wear and tear on the item; however, we are able to do repairs for a fee. For repair inquiries, please email us at contact@wheneverjewelry.com

Please note that Whenever Jewelry is solid gold - meaning the highest quality - but that does not make them indestructible. Our pieces MUST be handled with the utmost care.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.  If it is canceled after 24 hours of placing your order, a 40% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items during production.

Whenever Jewelry is proud to offer a 3 Year Free Manufacturing Warranty for its jewelry products. This warranty reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and quality, ensuring our valued customers receive jewelry of the highest standard. The following policy outlines the terms and conditions of the 

Manufacturing Warranty:

The 3 Year Free Manufacturing Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from the production process, loose stones, prong defects, metal defects, and other craftsmanship-related concerns.

The warranty is non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The warranty is automatically activated upon purchasing eligible jewelry products from the Company. No separate registration is required.

The warranty is not transferable unless otherwise specified. It remains valid for the original purchaser only.

The 3 Year Free Manufacturing Warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from the following:

• Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper care.
• Unauthorized resizing, repairs, or modifications by individuals or entities not authorized by the Company.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Loss of stones due to prongs wearing down over time.

In the event of a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty, customers should follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service Department to initiate a warranty claim.
2. Provide proof of purchase and any necessary details about the issue.
3. Follow instructions provided by Customer Service for shipping the jewelry for inspection and repair.
4. Upon receiving the jewelry, our experts will assess the issue and determine if the warranty covers it.
5. If the defect is confirmed, repairs will be carried out promptly, and the jewelry will be returned to the customer.

Customers must retain their original proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or other documentation) to validate warranty claims.

While the warranty itself is free, customers may be responsible for shipping, handling, and associated costs when sending jewelry for repairs.

The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Free Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty policy at its discretion. Any such changes will be communicated to customers through official channels.

When you purchase something valuable, you always want to ensure that it is protected from accidental damage. That's where Extend Protection Plan comes in. This program provides additional services and benefits, including free ring sizing, rhodium plating, polishing, and more, ensuring your item is always in the best of condition. The plan length varies depending on your needs and can range from 1 year to 5 years, based on qualifying Whenever Jewelry items. You can choose an Extend Protection Plan with any qualifying Whenever Jewelry purchase in your online shopping cart.
